Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 tsps grated lime zest
- 4 cups of Condensed Milk
- ¾ cup Evaporated Milk
- 1 ½ cups rum
- 1 dash bitters
- 1 pinch grated nutmeg
Directions
- In a large bowl, beat eggs and lime zest until light and fluffy
- Pour in the Condensed Milk while continuing to mix
- Then, pour in the Evaporated Milk
- Stir in the rum and bitters
- Sprinkle with nutmeg
- Transfer to a bottle and leave to chill
- Serve over crushed ice
