Ponche De Creme

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsps grated lime zest
  • 4 cups of Condensed Milk
  • ¾ cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1 ½ cups rum
  • 1 dash bitters
  • 1 pinch grated nutmeg

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat eggs and lime zest until light and fluffy
  2. Pour in the Condensed Milk while continuing to mix
  3. Then, pour in the Evaporated Milk
  4. Stir in the rum and bitters
  5. Sprinkle with nutmeg
  6. Transfer to a bottle and leave to chill
  7. Serve over crushed ice
