Banana Walnut and Cinnamon Shake

Ingredients
- ½ litre of Skimmed Milk
- 2-3 ripe bananas
- 3 to 4 walnut kernels
- ½ tsp of cinnamon powder
- 3 to 4 tbsp of brown sugar
- Ice, if required
Directions
- Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces
- Coarsely crush the walnut kernels and keep aside
- Take the chopped bananas, crushed walnuts, cinnamon powder, sugar, and half a cup of Skimmed milk in a blender
- Blend to make a smooth paste
- Pour the remaining milk into the blender and blend again for a few seconds
- Transfer the smoothie to a glass and sprinkle some cinnamon powder on it
