Ingredients

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 condensed milk 350ml
  • 1 evaporated milk 250ml
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven
  2. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt sugar until liquefied and golden in color
  3. Carefully pour hot syrup into a round glass baking dish, evenly coat the bottom and sides
  4. In a bowl, beat eggs, beat in the condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla until smooth
  5. Pour egg mixture into baking dish
  6. Cover with aluminum foil
  7. Bake in preheated oven 60 minutes Let cool
  8. To serve, invert on serving plate when completely cool
