Six Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Evaporated Milk
- 1 ½ Cup Five Roses Flour
- 2 tbsps Granulated Sugar
- ¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ Cup Anchor Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Directions
- Combine Five Roses flour, granulated sugar, and cinnamon powder
- Add Evaporated Milk, eggs, Anchor butter and vanilla essence to the flour
- Mix until Anchor butter has just combined
- Heat a griddle to medium heat
- Grease the pan
- Pour a ¼ cup of the batter into the pan
- Cook until the bubbles on the top of the batter begin to pop, and the bottom is golden brown
- Flip pancake and cook until the other side is also golden brown Repeat this process until all of the batter is done
