Ingredients

Full Cream Milk - 1 Cup Anchor Whipping Cream
- 1/2 Cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed Chocolate Cookie Sandwiches

- In a bowl, whisk together Full Cream Milk, Anchor Whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the milk mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- During the last few minutes of churning, add the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and continue churning until well-mixed.
- Transfer the churned ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for a few hours until firm.
