Ingredients
- 2 cups Choco Milk
- 1 cup Anchor Whipping Cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- In a saucepan, whisk together Choco Milk, Anchor Whipping Cream, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt over medium heat until the mixture is smooth and heated through.
- Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Let the mixture cool completely, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Transfer the churned ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for a few hours until firm.
