Creamy Chocolate Delight

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Choco Milk
  • 1 cup Anchor Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together Choco Milk, Anchor Whipping Cream, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt over medium heat until the mixture is smooth and heated through.
  2. Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Let the mixture cool completely, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  5. Transfer the churned ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for a few hours until firm.
