Banana, Walnut

and Cinnamon Shake

  • ½ litre of Skimmed Milk
  • 2-3 ripe bananas
  • 3 to 4 walnut kernels
  • ½ tsp of cinnamon powder
  • 3 to 4 tbsp of brown sugar
  • Ice, if required


  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces
  2. Coarsely crush the walnut kernels and keep aside
  3. Take the chopped bananas, crushed walnuts, cinnamon powder, sugar, and half a cup of Skimmed milk in a blender
  4. Blend to make a smooth paste
  5. Pour the remaining milk into the blender and blend again for a few seconds
  6. Transfer the smoothie to a glass and sprinkle some cinnamon powder on it
