- Cook Time: 15-30 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds fresh broccoli, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons Anchor butter
- 3 tablespoons Five Roses flour
- 2 cups
Full Cream Milk
- 1 1/2 cups Anchor Shredded Cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Mainland Parmesan Cheese
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish and set it aside
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a generous pinch of salt and the broccoli florets. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside. In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the Anchor butter over medium heat. Add the Five Roses Flour and whisk continuously for about 2 minutes until it forms a smooth paste. Gradually pour in the
Milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Continue to cook and whisk until the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the shredded Anchor Cheese until it's melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Combine Broccoli and Cheese Sauce: Place the blanched broccoli in the prepared baking dish. Pour the cheese sauce evenly over the broccoli. In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the broccoli and cheese sauce
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the sauce is bubbly. Allow the gratin to cool for a few minutes before serving
Serve and Enjoy!
