Chocolate Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- Hershey's Chocolate Chips
- Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup
Condensed Milk
- 2 cups
Evaporated Milk
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence
- 1/4 Teaspoon Almond Essence
- 10 Slices Wheat Bread
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg Powder

- Pre-heat oven to 180°C or (350°F). In a large bowl, whisk eggs, add
Condensed milk and combine well, add
Evaporated milk, vanilla essence and almond essence.
- In another bowl, combine bread and all the other dry ingredients. Pour the condensed milk mixture over the bread and stir to combine. Let sit for 10-15 minutes (allowing bread to absorb liquid) to moisten bread thoroughly.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
- Allow bread pudding to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with chocolate chips and syrup as desired. Cut into 14 slices.
