Eggnog Latte

Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed Beanies Yule Log coffee
- 1/2 cup eggnog
- 1/4 cup
Full Cream milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- Anchor Whipping cream (optional)
- Ground nutmeg, for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Brew a cup of your favourite coffee using your preferred method.
- In a small saucepan, heat the eggnog and milk over low to medium heat. Whisk occasionally to avoid scalding. Once the mixture is warm, whisk in the sugar and ground cinnamon (if using). Continue to heat until it's steaming but not boiling.
- Pour the brewed coffee into a mug. Slowly pour the warm eggnog and milk mixture into the coffee, stirring gently to combine.
- Top with whipping cream if desired. Sprinkle a little ground nutmeg on top for extra flavour and a festive touch.
